DEPOSITS:
A 50% deposit is required prior to enrollment in any course. The balances of all courses are due 30 days prior to the start of the course. If enrollment in a course is less than 30 days prior to the start of that course, then payment in full is required for enrollment in the course.
REFUNDS:
All deposits are non-refundable. Refunds will be issued with the following two options. One option is store credit for the full value, while option two is a refund with a restocking fee of 25% on all refunds. If the refund is for a service item such as but not limited to a course, equipment repair, etc. then the deposit amount for that item is not refundable. If a refund is requested for all “non-goods” items less than 30 days prior to the start of the service, then no refund will be issued. No refunds for materials issued or for courses that begin less than 30 days prior to the start of a course. If a cancellation occurs less than 30 days prior to the start of a course no refunds will be issued. All materials are non-refundable.
CANCELLATIONS:
All services needing to be cancelled and done so greater than 30 days from the start of a course will receive a full refund less the deposit and fees for materials or they can reschedule without any reenrollment fees. All services cancelled 30 days or less from the start of a course will receive no refund. The student may reschedule the course and may be responsible for a $75 reenrollment fee.
RETURNS:
All returns for dive gear must be made within 14 days of purchase for a refund less 25% or a store credit for full value. All returns after 14 days will receive a store credit only.
TRIPS:
All trips are subject to their own deposit, cancelation, and refund policy per the given trip.
